Return, Repair, and Warranty Guidelines

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty Notice Some products sold by EV Gadget Hub LLC are large and require special shipping and handling. Our policies for shipping, returns, and warranties are unique and may differ from those of other retailers. We encourage customers to review these policies before making a purchase. Policies are subject to change without notice.

Order Cancellation and Address Modification Orders canceled before shipping may incur a 3.5% administrative fee. After a tracking number is issued, any charges incurred due to address changes or cancellations will be the customer’s responsibility. These fees may range from $50 to $500, in addition to a 20% restocking fee, if applicable. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Delivery, Inspection, and Damage Reporting Our designated freight carrier will reach out to schedule your delivery. Please respond in a timely manner to avoid storage fees. Upon delivery, inspect the product for damages before accepting it. If you find any damage, document it with photos, refuse the delivery, and contact us at [email protected] immediately. If there’s damage to the packaging but the product’s condition is uncertain, document it, request an Exception Number from the driver, and inform us promptly. You have three days to report any hidden damages after accepting the delivery. Accepting a damaged shipment makes you liable for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Post-Delivery Inspection Inspect your order thoroughly within ten business days of receipt. Smaller items may be packed within larger boxes, so check carefully. If you discover any damages or defects, report them to [email protected] within the ten-day window. We will guide you through the return, repair, or replacement process. Beyond this period, shipping costs for returns or repairs fall on the customer. Use trackable shipping services, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns Policy Returns are accepted within ten business days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
• Bedding and similar items must remain unopened in their original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A 20% restocking fee applies. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA on the label will be refused and sent back. Use trackable shipping services for returns. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns, and this may affect your refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Warranty and Repair Activation If you encounter any functional issues or defects with your products, please reach out to [email protected]. Include your name, the problematic product, a description of the issue, photographic evidence, and proof of purchase. We will respond within three business days.

Products may need to be returned for inspection to confirm the claim and determine the resolution. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. If a return to EV Gadget Hub LLC is necessary, we will issue an RMA. Use insured and trackable shipping services for returns. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Warranty Details Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Warranty determinations are at the discretion of EV Gadget Hub LLC and its manufacturer partners.

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, at equal or greater quality than the original.

Activating a warranty does not reset the warranty period for replacement products.

This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties. EV Gadget Hub LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Warranty restrictions may vary by state. The warranty is valid only for products purchased and located within the continental United States.
